With F150 leaves, the ride is pretty firm, but not bad. I like it alot better than stock. In fact, I hate driving stock Explorers now.
I've never driven/ridden in an Explorer with the add-a-leaf set up, so I can't comment on how those ride.
If someone near me (SE Michigan) with an '01+ Sport with add-a-leafs wants to compare with mine, I'd be happy to help determine which rides better. You see so many posts asking about this. It would be nice to see actual answers for a change.
