factory fog lights

Yes I have a Ranger, but a guy at work has a 2002 Explorer without fog lights. He wants to install factory fog lights(or something that looks and fits pretty close).
From what I can tell he'll need the lights, plastic inserts, interior button and probably mounting brackets.

My question is: is his truck's wiring harness equipped with a connection to plug in the fog lights or will he have to rig it up some other way?

If there's anything else he'll need please list that too. thanks.

My guess is that if the truck didnt come w/fogs than there will be no wiring.
However all wiring, switch ect. should come w/the lights that he buys.
I've never replaced or put on new lights in that yr. X so I'm not much help on the mounting. I have found that following the hood release cable to where it goes through the firewall and then drilling a hole next to it in the rubber gromet is usually an easy way to get the wires from the engine compartment to the interior.
