Took 5 companies, but Keyworks in Richmond VA. (Keyworks: Mail-in Keys and Ecu Repair services) came through.
Found him through this video:
Can see he has great skills and test equipment including Ford connectors.
I had taken the PCM case top off myself, but saw no physical damage. I knew from the my own testing and Ford tech that it only failed to activate the evap purge valve under load/stress. Told him it was on the pin #6 circuit, so he replaced the driver chip. PCM shipped back promptly, I installed it, drove some and by the next day it was passing EVAP tests it hadn't passed in a year. Two days later it was completely ready and then passed California smog test!
Refreshing to finally find someone that does what he says and when he will do it.

Anyone have a trusted source for PCM rebuild for 2010 Ex?
I live in SoCal and know there is a shop in Van Nuys but don't know anyone that has done business with them. Anyone else have a known and reliable source for a rebuild?
