finding lost ponies

I would like to form a list of things to repair or replace to restore my 5.0 back to 205 hp.

oil change
new air filter
clean MAF and TB
seafoam in fuel tank
seafoam in PCV
new plugs and wires
new transmission fluid and filter
new coolent
new idel pullys
new belt

Does any one have anything else to add to the list

I heard that fuel injectors wear out after a while (springs give out, seals dry up). Does anyone know when they need to be replaced?

I would replace your tensioner if you doing the idler pully just get it all at once. Also sea foam before you put the new plugs in.
