finsihed up my explorer project today...its not much but its my daily and i was tired of driving it stock. ive got other projects that are slightly more involved:D . its only twisted in the front and shackled and add-a-leafed in the rear on 32x11.50 all terrains, but its the exact look i wanted being a little more burly while still stock looking explorer. im pretty sure im done with this one except i may fix some dents and shave the door handles, casue that just looks clean....
thanks for looking

Awesome, exact same set up I have. Looks good.

No, it needs an '01-'03 ranger grille. :p:

32's should have been the stock size for the Explorer, not those puny 235/75's

dont give me any ideas i got extra ranger sheetmetal lying around:rolleyes: ..and ive seen ranger with expo clips before but i dont think ive ever seen the opposite i wonder if that been done....but this is the daily-lol im not cutting it up..yet...and thanks for all the compliments guys...but if it wasnt for reading all the info on this forum that thing still be stock...

on second thought does anyone know anyone on this forum or at all that has a ranger clipped expo? that be interesting to see?

likin the grille

Looks GREAT! Kind of reminds me of my old rig, I did the 2" TT up front, add a leaf in the rear, but I was only running the 30x9.50 AT's. Did you do anything to fix the camber issues associated with a torsion twist up front?

very nice! I wish my wifes looked like that

wow dude, that look great, very clean

i didnt get much camebr at all i alligned it all up after the twist and everything was still in spec i only needed minor tow adjustment....

kfkodiak that looks kinda kool someones gotta do that...i would think about that in a heart beat but i know for a fact three none of those style clips in the pick and pull junk yards round here-lol....thats the only way my other swap is staying so cheap...but someone has to do that swap that would be badass..i gotta start calling some junk yards

and wired af, i used to ride dirt alot but lately all ive been riding is street , hence the shift stuff....thats the mian reason i have an explorer is beacause i sold my other ranger beacause i found myself having more use hauling people instead of a bike...

Do you ride then im assumeing?

Thanks. I photoshopped that for another thread a while back.

An '01+ sport or sport trac clip would be an easier fit, with less filler. :D

a 01 sport/sports trac front end would be eaiser...but that edge style clip would def be way different..and im not at all afraid of filler-lol..i dodnt wanna cut intot he ex but im def thinkin gbaout trying to fiqure out what it would cost me to dot hat swap...and might have to make a rangeplorer? to go with my ex-ranger-lol
