WWW.Badbossology.com surveyed Web surfers on why they would like to can the boss.
Nearly one-third said they didn't trust their employer, while about a quarter of those who responded cite their supervisor's micromanaging.
Another 10 percent said the boss was taking credit for the ideas and work of others.
More than 1,000 people responded to the online survey, which was designed by the human resource consulting company, Development Dimensions International.
