First Post, Question about roof rack/lighting

First off I own a 2003 red XLT 4x4. I want to add this roof rack http://www.discountramps.com/roof-luggage-rack.htm. I would remove the front wind guard and add 4 pro com 55 lights, so heres my question. Do these lights come with any mounting hardware? They're really cheap, about $20.00. If not, what would I need to purchase to mount them to the the tubing?

Also, if anyone has lights on their rack, I'm curious to how you ran the wires. Thank you for your help.

..If you are talking about Pro-Comp lights, they are carried by 4wheelparts.com and parts and info can be found there..
