Just purchased a 2005 Sport Trac in very good condition. I really like this vehicle and joined this forum to get info as needed. I am located in central KY. Using these forums is new to me and somewhat bewildering, so any help I can get is welcome. Thanks...

Welcome! Being from Kentucky, you're from the Sport Trac birth place in Louisville. Familiarize yourself with the 2001-05 ST sub forum, lot's of great info there. Glad you found one of the best vehicle specific forums on the planet, with many knowledgeable people to help you. Thanks for your reply. Have read some of your technical posts. I won't be doing any mechanical work myself, but I want to be knowledgeable about my Sport Trac so that I can understand it's quirks. I have a a very good dealership that will be taking care of me...

Hey, Thanks for the post. Yeah I might do some minor tinkering - just want to understand the vehicle. Not sure why it's so much fun to drive - different than any thing I've owned...
