My 94 explorer The first start of the day it just turns over won't start if i spray throttle body cleaner in throttle body it starts right up I changed the throttle body sensor but still does it any ideas thanks

I know the feels. Does it fire right up if you feather the throttle while cranking? Mine did that every single time but only does it occasionally after changing the injectors. I hate to say that 'fixed' it. I'm kind of leaning towards the IAC since I keep getting a KOER for it but it idles fine, even under load (heavy steering while parked, etc) and I've cleaned it.

Start simple; test the ECT & IAT sensors, replace if faulty.

Have you checked the fuel pressure at the rail?
Almost sounds like the fuel pump is going bad and losing prime.

If that's the case, cycling the key from OFF to RUN and back a few times should fix the issue (mask it, actually).
