First time sea foam. Have a few questions!

I already watched the video then i read a write up.

I have the 5.0 with 183,000 on the odometer.

I figured a little seafoam wouldnt hurt!
I was watching the video and it said half in the oil and half in brake booster vacuum line, but the write up said to use the whole can in the pcv line?? this has me confused, which is better to do???? (or will it get the same results)

and i have heard to drive it hard with the seafoam in it, is this true too?

You MUST do it throught the PCV line to get all the cylinders.
