All of my vacuum actuated doors have broken. The temp blend door is working but the other three are dead. I see I can order and replace the entire plenum PN fl2z-18471-aa and that should fix my defrost and floor vents.
Since im pulling the entire dash I want to replace the recirculation door but im not having luck finding a replacement online. Anybody have sources?
Thanks

You can get the assembly from Ford. Or find an intact donor at a wrecking yard.

According to Ford, it’s the actuators that fail and break the doors. So don’t re use yours.

That's interesting. I would think the actuators are travel limited by their size.
I found main assembly online including actuators for $200 to $280
You're saying Ford will have the fresh air assembly?

Thanks

Yes, but not cheap. I was going to get a good door and have it reproduced in aluminum.

The actuators extend too far, to keep doors closed and eventually just snap the small plastic connector.
