Fixing the A/C questions. 2002 explorer

Im fixing the a/c on a 2002 explorer. I followed the guide to replace the blend door actuator which fixed the problem i had with the temperature control. Now there is no air flow from top row of vent and defroster is always blowing regardless of what setting(top row, flow row, both, or defroster knob) any suggestions?

Hello. Excellent question. I just got a '03 Explorer and I'm having the exact same problem. I hope someone can lead us in the right direction.
