Flag mount on bumper hole?

Hi guys, got a 1997 Explorer. I don’t have a trailer hitch necessarily, it has the hole in bumper type thing. I want to see if anyone has figured out a way to mount a pole for a flag or if anyone knows if there’s something like that for sale. Thanks

I'm sure you could, just using washers to make up the difference in hole diameter, but the lift gate opens outward and it's right in the middle of the cargo bay opening so the mast would always be in the way?

You could drill a hole at either end of the bumper instead? I don't know if law enforcement (in any particular state) would object to a flag mast running in front of the brake light housings. I imagine they have better things to police unless they want a reason to pull you over.
