Are the bolts for the flex plate in a 2004 explorer 4.0 sohc 4x4 tty bolts?

Not that it matters but are you talking about the bolts that connect the flex plate to the crankshaft or the bolts that connect the flex plate to the torque converter? Like I said it really doesn't matter because neither set are TTY bolts. Normally the way to tell if you are dealing with TTY bolts is that after you torque them to a certain amount (50 ftlbs, 200inlbs, ie) then you will be required to turn them a certain amount of degrees (45 degrees, 90 degrees, ie). So if you don't see that in the torque specs then it shouldn't be a TTY bolt. But I'm sure as I sit and write this there is probably an example out there that will prove me wrong.
