Hello, I have a 2006 XLT with a minor problem. This is that the floor air vent barely functions. I usually have the control set to distribute air through both the instrument panel vents and the floor vents level, and although the instrument panel vents are blowing out LOTS of air, there is only the barest trickle of air coming out through the floor vents. When I set the control for floor vents only, the amount of air coming out through the vent increases only the slightest amount.

I purchased the car last November and did not run the heater all winter, so at that time I didn't notice the problem. But with southern Arizona's summer here, I'm discovering that I have "hot feet"! Can anyone help?

are you talking about the rear seat vents?

No - the front seat vents. One is near the driver's right foot and the other is by the front seat passenger's left foot.
