FM Radio no sound

Hi all! Looking for help. FM radio sound not working. It's not the speakers, music sound through USB and Bluetooth etc. FM radio shows, can change stations, just no sound.

Is this for a 2011 model? If you need a new stereo, give Crutchfield.com a look -- good help through them.

This is in the wrong section. 2002-2005 do not have factory USB/BlueTooth/XM etc.
