hello. i have an 02 explorer with all 4 hids. both fog lights will not turn on. they went out at the same time. the indicator light in side shows that there on. and i checked all the fuses. and the bulbs are fine. has anyone else had this problem? or think what it might be? its weird that they went out at the same time. thank you
