Fog wiring question?

I have a fog light install kit I got off of ebay with a relay and all of that stuff. The directions say to hook one of the wires from the relay to the low beam of the headlight so that the fogs are triggered with the headlights. If I wanted to wire them so that they are independent of the headlights where would I hook this wire?

You can hook that wire to the parking lights or to any other wire that is switched with the key. I have often used the windshield wipers motor wire. I like to use a wire that is switched w/the key/ignition so that I cant leave the lights on when the veh. is off.
