Hi guys,
I just had new motorcraft branded Air ride shocks replaced on the rear, since the old ones were leaking apparently.
I noticed that the rear shock on the left hand side is more compressed by an inch or two compared to the one on the right side, is that normal?
In Australia the driver side is on the right hand side not left like the USA.
And also how would i know if this ARC works? no lights to say if its on or off and i cannot tell the difference when i switch it off from the boot button.
Thanks

You could test the arc by turning the key on and off, close the door and then stand on the back bumper. The arc should activate lifting the rear back up.
