This is a video of what happens when I turn my key, any advice would be helpful!
Thank you in advance!

To make sure I am hearing this right, its a no crank no start situation. also while the video is nice and may show the problem we need more information.
is this the first time it had done this?
anything odd before this started happening?
what have you tried to fix this?
any unusual noises or noises comming from anywhere?
how old is the battery?
are there any lights on the dash or messages?
have you checked fuses both under the hood and in the drivers side footwell under the dash?
do you have a second key to try?
it looks like the red light in the middle of the dash is flashing this is a security light and also an indicator of the pats system I dont think it should be flashing the way it is hence the second key question.
If you have a obd2 scan tool scan for any codes and report back.

I looks like it could be the pats system preventing the engine from cranking or could be something completely different.

Turn the key to on, wait a few, then off, wait a few, then on, wait a few... a few times(5 or so) and then try to start it. You can hear the "whirrrr" sound of your fuel pump kicking on. Just cranking it a while will also work if the problem is fuel pressure bleeding off.

Dead battery, a bad connection, or a failed wire. Try and jump it, or clean the terminals.

Definitely not a PATS issue. That doesn’t interrupt power to everything, and it’d flash the theft light fast while attempting to crank.

you are right, after i watched with headphones it is definately looks to be battery or battery cable related.

You don't say if you are a mechanically inclined guy or not. Typically a no-crank problem would be checked out by checking the battery charge, cables, starting circuit and starter. Here's the steps I would follow:

Check the battery and battery terminals. See if the interior lights dim when turning the key to try to start. Assuming they don't:
Check if starting relay is clicking under the hood. If not, check the appropriate fuse in the inside and outside fuse boxes. Swap the relays.
Is the solenoid on the starter clicking? If no, jump it and the starter terminal and see if the starter spins. If it does, your problem is in the starting circuit, either a fuse, ignition switch or neutral safety switch. If it doesn't, your starter or the cable from the battery to the starter is bad.

If the starter is bad, a good rap with a hammer should give you at least one more start from it.

I just replaced a starter. The braided wire between the starter solenoid and the starter motor was rotted away.

OK, well some good stuff already suggested. But for me it has always been do the simple stuff first. Clean the battery terminals, new trick- I now use a piece of window screen in lieu of sand paper but a brush will do. A light coating of NOALOX, this is an electrical conductive lubricant and antioxidant, a light coating of WD40 will work in a pinch. The cranking terminal voltage should not drop below 9.5 V DC, assuming the battery is charged and or charge the battery. I recently had a car battery that would not crank the car over without a jump battery. Terminals were not pristine but the AutoZone computer said the battery was OK. I cleaned the battery as above with the NOALOX and the car started without charging it or a jump battery and no more issues after six months. Most of your computer stuff will be flaky with poor terminal voltage. Oh, if with a charged battery the terminal voltage while cranking drops below 9.5 V DC it's usually time for a new battery. Good luck.
