*I cannot guarantee this works with other models*
I bought this key for my 2006 Explorer, and the fob programed easily to work. I didn't end up using it, because I ordered the style to match my girlfriends key.
My local locksmith cuts them for $5, if you have any locksmith they should charge the same if not much more. If you have two keys already, you can program it yourself in about 15 seconds, otherwise you'll have to goto a dealer, or locksmith. Mine charged me $40 or $45 to program mine since I only had one key. You can program the fob as long as you have one working key. That takes about 30 seconds.
See the programming sheet I have pictured below, it lists a few vehicles which I assume is what works with the key. I lost the paper after cleaning up the house, but I had a picture of it luckily.
It wont let me rotate the pic, sorry for the odd rotation.
$15 shipped!
