Ford/Mazda billet grille compatibility?

Hey guys,I have a 2002 B4000. The front grille looks quite similar in size to that of the Ranger and was wondering if anyone knows if the billet bar-style grilles will fit the Mazda with out much modification?

I think that you can do it, but i doubt it if it will look any good on your Ranger.
