Ford is now offering calibrations for the Ranger Truck & the N/A Coyote mustangs

They also offer a supercharger kit for the Coyote F150
Have a 3 year warranty if dealer installed
Pretty much takes the wind out of the NAYSAYERS when it comes to tuning your vehicle with calibrations from a reputable Tuning house

Only thing in common is the Ranger uses the 2.3 as well that is in the lower 3 trims. So maybe it will become available for the Explorer.

In regards to the naysayers, Ford's tunes are still more conservative then the aftermarket world. On top of that, warranty repairs are covered by Ford Performance, not Ford. You only get a 3yr/36k which means your 5yr/60 powertrain is buh bye...

Asked my friends at Ford Performance about an upcoming tune package for the ST, and was told they are looking in to it. Supposedly there was one planned for release this year, but the state of the world has pushed that back. With any luck, they'll see the popularity of the tune for the new Explorer and make something happen.
