I have taken my 2002 Ford Exploer in for the the 09S09 recall. Prior to taking it in the Cruise Control was working.
When the Ford Dealer returned the car the Speed Control did not engage. I was told that any work they completed would not effect the control. They have refused to get it back to a working condition.
Are there any thoughts to my belief that as a result of the faulty unit over time my control was damaged and that I should have had the unit fixed or replaced in conjunction with Ford Policy.
Any tecnical explanation to help my case would be appreciated.
Thak You
