Well i have been looking high and low for my electric problem after the flooding of my car and i finally found it well Sort of. A black wire that Starts from 4 blacks wires and goes into one under the passenger rear seat that goes to the around to the front driver seat and then combines to one with 3 other black wires is all melted. So i think it is from one of those 4 grounds that are on the passenger side. How should i go about checking this? I was thinking cutting each ground and grounding it somewhere else till one of the wire gets fryed. And when i do figure out the problem should i go to the boneyard and grab that huge chunk of wires and connect it into mine replacing all the one from the driver seat to the rear pass side seat?

Your description of this wire is not good.
Whrere does it go?

Not all black wires are ground, in fact some of the black wires for the seats are +
Ground wires typically dont melt.

Youi might have to remove seats/carpet to find what this wire does and why.
grounding a + wire will only add to your problems and may burn your truck to the ground.

Fixed after 3 hours and about a million cuts and crimps all the wires are fixed and now everything is properly working. I repeat my X is now fully functional once again. What a relief.

You used butt connectors?
What about heat shrink?

glad its fixed

i just used butt connected for a quick fix and taped them up rather nicely with electrical tape to keep moisture out. But everything is working just have to get everything back together now
