Frame to Shackle bushings - 1991

Purchased the Daystar kit a while back (KF02019) and finally installed. No problems with the spring bushings, but the frame bushings seem to be the wrong size (too small on one side). Emailed Daystar and they show the same part numbers; they also said that their bushing should fit inside the original metal sleeve, but I don't see that as a possiblity.

Anybody have some insight here? some other part numbers/brands? Someone else suggested I might need to order the ones for an F100/F150.

put them in the fridge and see if the dont contract enough so you can get them inside the sleeve (dont know if this will work on urathan
