Front AC problem

Odd AC problem. The front AC works, it gets cool but not cold. I also have rear AC. When I turn the rear AC on, the front then gets cold. It's a drastic change.
Also I think the blend door is out. I cannot hear or feel any difference when I press the recirculate button. I have the auto climate but set it to 65 & front vents manually.
I have worked on 1st gen AC's a great deal, but the 3rd gen with rear I have no experience with.
Where should I begin looking?

I confirmed the blend door is stuck closed. Which isn't a bad thing in Florida. I'm going to leave that alone.
