front and rear wheel bearings question

How long have your front and read wheel bearings lasted until the started to fail? my Explorer has 232XXX miles on it and the front leaf hub hub needs to be replaced. the right hub was reaplaced about 40,000-50,000 miles ago. the rear wheel bearings have not been replaced. is their time coming soon?

My dad has a press. Do I need any special tools to press the old airing out and the new ones in?

Just random stock. If he has a press he probably has what you need. You can press the new bearing in with the old bearings outer race.
