Front body mount bolts wont come out

Ok so I am trying to start my front body lift, and I had to stop tonight, because I loosened the drivers side front body mount bolt, and now even with the top nut off, it still just spins, I am guessing it is stuck in that threaded sleeve. I sprayed PB blaster on all of the bolts so hopefully that will loosen things up, If anyone has encountered this problem, do you have any advice on the easiest way to get them out, haha, if it werent for those front bolts I would have this done by now.

When I did mine I was fortunate that I had access to long punches, somehow you will have to punch those out.

Oh ok thanks, so I am I trying to punch the metal sleeve out of the bushing or the bolt out of the sleeve?
