Front brake pad question...

I went to check my front brakes tonight and when I took off the caliper the pads stayed on the rotor... is that normal.
The pads and rotor look good but I thought it was a little strange that the pads were not attached to the caliper like on my rear brakes.
Also, the caliper was attached with two different size bolts???

Yes, that's normal for the pads to stay on the rotor. As far as the 2 different sized bolts are you talking about the caliper, and the caliper bracket bolts?

The first part you have to take off... the caliper. It had two different size bolts.

They should be the same bolts. If you took the bracket off too make sure you torque it down over 100ft/lbs.
