Ok, I've got my front bumper pretty much finished. It still needs some diamond plate to fill the gap in between the bumper and body, and I still need to mount my lights on it from the light bar, but you get the idea.
At first I was going to use a piece of channel for the main body of the bumper, but decided to go with a 4"x6" 1/8th inch thick walled chunck I found. I mated my Warn Combo mount to it for the winch mount, and walla! I used 1/4 plate to mount it using a total of 4 7/8th grade 8 bolts. After its all done and finished, I'll put a small bead along the mounting plate and frame to add a little more stenghth.
