I think now i am not sure but i think you drop the front drive shaft out by taking the 4 bolts out of the rear of the driveshaft and pull it and the yoke out. Im fixin to replace mine tomorrow just started leaking tonight and hopefully im right. if im right it shouldnt be but about a 20 min job
You will need an inch pound torque wrench to set the pinion bearing preload. It needs to be I think 5 inch-lbs higher than your first check (before removing the yoke) It will be a quick job if you have all the parts and tools ready.
