front diff shims

so ive done alot of searching and have not come up with anything. I have a 92 ex 4x4 and i am rebuilding the front diff because water and mud got in and destroyed all the bearings. luckily the ring and pinion are ok( even though 3.27s and 31s suck). so ive got the pinion in with new bearings new crush sleeve and new seal, and new bearings on the carrier. everything is ready to go back in except i now only have one shim on the sides of the carrier due to one being cracked in half when i took everything apart. i went to ford and aparently ford has discontinued the shim kit. went to car quest, couldnt get it. Napa couldnt get it. i am lost at what to do, pulling a diff off of a junkyard ex is not an option as we all know how hard it is to get off. any help at where to get this shim would be great. thanks all!

thank you so much. that didnt come up when i searched for a dana 35 shim kit. ill have to order that this week. the ex has to be ready to pull the snowmobiles when the snow comes.
