Having had good success replacing bearings in my rear diff, I went ahead and did the front as well. It was leaking a bit at the pinion and passenger side, and made a wee bit of noise. Its all quiet now and no leaks so far. I needed a new yoke and an oil baffle (behind the inner pinion race) but searched all over the inter-web and couldn't seem to find a good 'this is the part that will work' reference. I searched Dana 35 ifs Ford yoke, and no good info. Oil baffle I might have found from Yukon gear.
So, I found DTS (Drive Train Specialists) in Warren, MI, about 5 miles from the GM Tech Center where I spend half my life, and they knew exactly what I needed. In case anyone else is looking.
