Front end noise clicking

Hi, i have a clicking knocking noise coming from the right front, more pronounced at lower speeds and sometimes sounds like a rubbing noise more then a clicking, when i step on the brakes its stops and turns into just a rubbing noise... my first thought was a rotor out of round but my brakes are smooth and no vibration, also i feel a slight pulse in the steering wheel at low speeds that corresponds with the noise

ok - pulled the tires off, jacked it up... come to find out the rotors were completely rotted, really bad... funny thing is the dealer just slapped some new pads on these rotors... so when i was under there i noticed the front pinion seal is leaking real bad... figures fix one find another lol...
