Front Plastic Bumper Swap?

I got an XLS with the plastic bumper w/o fog lights. Is it possible if i found one with the fog lights to mount it? Does my vehicle have the fog light wiring there already or will i have to add it?

Possible. I doubt the wiring is there. It wasn't on my Sport Trac. Not difficult to wire up a set of lights though.
