Front/Rear Bumper

My Front and Rear bumper look like they want to fall off...What can I do to "pull" them back up w/o having to go to the body shop?

You have to loosen the bolts holding the bumpers on and adjust from there. Just did it this weekend while working on a reciever hitch. PIA until my friend brought over his air wrench.
