my frount spring perch broke at the rivets and i going to put new perches in what would happen if i lower them two inches to rase the truck i would weld it to the frame would it work

if you lower them it would give you lift but u probaly will throw the camber out of whack
 












Unless you get drop brackets for the inner end of the beam it will throw off the alignment and wear your tires.
 






i though you could run 2 inch spacer from a f150 if i droped the pearch would it do the same thing
 






Think they are 1.5 2inches might be alittle much but I'm sure they could get it close for alignment,but there is no return from it,you will always be at the max for alignment .I would just put them back in the same place and get f150 seats

You're better off putting a spacer in at the bottom than trying to mount the upper buckets in some fashion they were not intended.
