Are the originals Ford struts? I found this and assumed yours is a PIU. This is with the 3.5L gas engine. Struts & Components for 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Utility | Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake

Thanks. Trying to find a sport shock to fit after market springs. Having owned several Fords I have found my dealer less than helpful. Everything has to be ordered and shipping sucks!
