June 17, 2019: This is in reference to my front wheels do not pull in any 4WD position. Can anyone tell me if you should have voltage on the Transfer Case Electronic Shift Motor Plug, Pin #14 (Orange) with the shift selector in 4X4 HI and Pin #15 in 4X4 LO (Yellow). I presently do not have power indicated when the selector is in either position with the engine running. I do have power to Pin #16 (Brown). I suspect I have a bad Transfer Case Shift Relay. The transfer case does shift into and out of low range. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
July 06, 2019: Well, the TC Shift Relay was bad. I replaced that and now the shift motor works, but still no front wheel drive. More schematic and voltage checks led to the electric shift cam not working. Pulled the case, broke it down, replaced the shift cam, put the T. Case back together, reinstalled it, added fluid, tested OK on jack stands. Took it for a drive and 4WD is now operational. Hopefully this helps someone in the future.

How could you tell that cam was bad?
