On my 1999 4.0 V6 OHV engine there are 3 fuel injectors instead of 6 at least that is all I see in the Haynes manual. How do they relate to the cylinders - does any given injector feed a pair of cylinders or to they work together to supply fuel as a group? I am having a consistant miss on cylinder 5 and 6 - does one of these injectors feed both of these cylinders? Are there actually 6 but the diagram in the Haynes maunal does not show all of them? I was under the impression there are normally one per cylinder.
