fuel pressure regulator

where is the fuel pressure regulator at on a '90 sploder? starts most of the time and runs but acts starved for fuel at high rpm, changed fuel filter and still having problems. any help would be great. thanx

Should be on the passenger side of the motor mounted close to the lower intake manifold. When looking at the motor from the front, it should be towards the front of the motor, to the left, and down.
