fuel pump relay

I have a 1999 explorer and I replace the fuel pump.
And still wont start.
I have an owners manual and it shows the fuel pump relay ware the blower motor relay is at according to the fuse and relay sticky we have here.

There might be a difference in model years.
Reference your owners manual and switch the
fuel pump relay with the A/C relay; see if that
helps.

Also check the fuel pump inertial switch that's
under the passenger side dash, next to the
transmission hump. Push the red reset button
and see what happens...
