fuel pump won't shut off

tonight when I went to get gas for the lawn mower i turned my rig off but the fuel pump kept going? so after i get home turn the ignition off and same thing so I unpluged the fuel pump fuse under the hood to shut it off. I think this must be a bad relay, any other guesses?

The relay is certainly a cheap and logical place to start.
