The other day fuse #41 blew and my car stalled. I did some research and almost everywhere i find people say to check the O2 sensor wires because they say they get burnt and short somewhere. So i checked all 4 sensors and they are all good. I do not know where to look next! Any tips?

Some info on what vehicle you have would be good. :)

Welcome aboard!! :salute:

According to the 2004 owner's manual:

Fuse #41 is for the Coil On Plug if you have the 4.6L engine

Fuse #41 is for the Ignition Coil if you have the 4.0L engine

If you don't have an owner's manual, Dead Link Removed.

Good luck with the fix! :)

In my owners manual, it does not say anything about coil packs. I says HEGO, VMV, CMS, PTEC. And no i do not have remote start.

the fuses powers coils, or coil pack depending on v6 or v8, it also powers, the vent valve, the vmv, and all 4 o2 heated circuits.

if you dont have a remote start, i would say one of the heated o2 sensors wires is shorting out the fuse.
