Garage door opener

This process for programming the garage door opener did not work and neither did the process in the manual. Can you clarify the process?

It does work, you missed a step like I did the first time. Read the manual.

It's not working for me either. I tried it multiple times. I called both companies, the garage door opener company and the Car2U guys that make the system in our vehicles. Both were unable to help me. My Garage door (3 years old) doesn't seem to have a "learn" button. However my 10 year old A6, equipped with HOMELINK was as easy as 123 to program.
Is anybody else out there (most likely Canadian) that has a Garaga Garage opener? It's a company from Quebec. Thanks.
