Gas Mileage Improvements

I'm looking to improve gas mileage in my 2005 Explorer XLT. Does anyone have any good ideas? I'm new to Ford's and what they have for mods.

Remove anything you don't need in and on it roof rack bug guard that stuff. No jack rabbit starts try and keep the RPMs around 2k in my 99 sport that about 65mph. One of the best things in to not get gas with any ethanol in it. A few places around hear have 10% mixed in with gas and cost the same as the 100% gas about $4.04 a gallon. With just gas i get 23-28 mpg with the 10% mix i can get about 19-22. Also look at aldive quest for 30 lots for good things in it.
