Gauge Cluster Install

I just bought a Reverse Style Indiglo Gauges for my 99 Explorer XLS

And I was just woundering if anyone has a how to on installing this? Thank you!

There should be one around here... most people just let their truck warm up and take note of where their needles are, then remove them (you have to take the plastic cover off obviously). But i'm not sure about how you go about the speedo.

I've always just used my GPS for the speedo if needed. Plug them in, set the cluster in there with the cover off and needle barely on the post so you can easily pop it off while driving, then find a nice long quiet road, set the cruise at 35, and stick the needle on. Take 'er back home and put everything back together.
