My wife has a 07 limited 4 x 4 and we love it. So much so that I want to get an older one to use as a toy in the woods (fire roads and logging trails etc).
I have a budget of less than 5k for completed woodsmobile. I dont want to spend that much if I dont have to. in the process for looking for a gen 2 sport 4 x 4 I have talked to a few people that suggest that I just pay a little more to get a gen 3 4runner.
I dont intend to do any super serious offroad or rockcrawling just into the woods on old deserted fire roads and streams etc.
your thoughts ford or toyota???? and why
