Get rear wing/spoiler or not?

Ok, so I was working on my new sub box (building this weekend!!!). There was a guy in the parking lot who needed help putting in a new heater core on his GM pickup. Anyways, I was standing there, looked back at where I was parked and thought that my ex looked pretty good w/ the rear hatch open. I'm thinking a rear spoiler/wing could provide a similar effect.

What do you all think?

a lund wind jammer would look awsome..im thinkin of getting one..bum in still on the fence about getting the wind jammer..if not im gonna get the ford rear air deflector..painted to match..woulod you expect anything less..they really help keep crap off your back window

If you get any kind of "wing" for it make sure you get a 12 pack of Type R stickers with it. If you do anything, go with the Saleen or windjammer, they are the only ones that dont look retarted.

The ONLY type of wing I would consider would be one that looks like the Saleen one. Dont worry about that.

If you plan on a pan, then definately no.

If not, then the elusive EE wing and/or the more elusive Saleen wings would work with the bumper.

If you look at the front rim how dark it is... that is from about 20 minutes of hard driving on the mountain road I was posting about earlier.

Your truck is real clean, I wouldn't. Looks real classy in my eyes. I dunno, the wing looks nice on BM, not too sure on yours.. I just wouldn't though, spend your money elsewhere on something that you know for sure you want, chances are you'll like that better.

No, its just the rubber from the bad alignment you still have

As far as leaving the rear luggage rack on, doesn't look good. Tried it, looked like sh*t!

If I ever got a wing, it would just be for functionality.... no wind flows over the BIG ASS of the explorer, and the whole thing is covered in dust the day after i wash it. I don't know if I'll end up getting one once I save up money for my next round of mods.... but if i did its because i'm tired of people writing "Wash Me" on my dirt-coated tinted rear window only a few days after its been washed.

I've got that one on now Hydroxy. It doesn't do anything for functionality. I've had it on for about 2 years - and I still don't know if I like it or not. I am really thinking about buying the one for a Kia Sedona and cutting it down to see what happens...

that's a ford one..that's the one im getting..if i don't get the lund one

the ford one look's real "classy" IMO but the only thing i don't like about the lund one is it look's "stuck on"

ewww...i don't really like the ford wing...it looks ugly in my book....i like the lund one the best but i would recomend painting it white just to match the x. But other then that the x looks awesome man...keep it up...
